Please allow for 48 hours after completing your payment for us to process your order.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? No problem — just email us at support@celluprost.com as soon as possible using the same email address you used at checkout.

Please note: We ship most orders within the same day, often even sooner. Because of this fast turnaround, there’s only a small window to cancel before your order is dispatched.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll issue a full refund right away.
If it has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it — but don’t worry, we’re always happy to work with you to find a solution.
